Admin / Preseason
- Attend 1 of the 2 Seasonal coaches meetings:
- Complete your Volunteer Registration / Safe Soccer Activities
- Ensure you can Log in as a Marlboro Youth Volunteer
- Receive Coaching Credentials
Start of Season:
- Receive Electronic Roster
- Obtain Practice time(s) / field
- Contact all Families - Welcome / Logistics / Zero Tolerance
- Perform Uniform Swaps / Request Equipment
- Update Electronic Roster
- View your schedule (BAYS)
- Contact all Families - Team Strategy / Philosophy / Updates
- Team Meeting (Usually Practice 1)
- Receive BAYS Roster PDF
In Season
Weekly Activities:
Sundays:
- Report Score (if required)
- Email Team - Weekly Recap / Week Ahead
- Email Opponent
- Plan Practices / Pick weekly "Theme"
Monday-Fridays:
- Monitor Field Status
- Run Practices / Attend Clinics
Fridays:
- Email Team - Game Reminder
Saturdays:
- Game Day Procedures!
- Confirm field is open
- Coaching Credentials
- 2 Copies of the Roster
